With the exception of sale and collaboration products, we accept items in new condition with the original tags attached for a refund, store credit, or exchange. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to submit a return request.
Items purchased during sale periods are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Return requests for all domestic and international orders must be submitted to info@richieropes.com. Please include your order #, the items you’d like to return, the return reason for each item, and the return type (refund, exchange, store credit).
After submitting your request, you will receive instructions and any necessary shipping documents if applicable. All domestic returns will have a $3 deductible fee for the return label provided (excluding store credit). At this time, our returns portal only supports providing pre-paid labels for domestic returns.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed and the exchange, store credit, and refund will be issued.
